The first time I saw mountains was when I visited Lucerne, Switzerland. I instantly fell in love. While on a ferry, I snapped one of my all time favorite photos- a sailboat rocking atop the water, in front of a magnificent backdrop of mountains which seemed to go on forever. That photo has found itself in many of my pieces throughout the years, including this watercolor painting.
